How does transaction-based pricing work?
SKYCRU uses transaction-based pricing, meaning you only pay when transactions occur through the platform. PREMIUM charges 1% per transaction with a regional minimum of $1. INFINITY charges 2% per transaction with a regional minimum of $2. You always pay whichever is greater: the percentage fee or the minimum fee for your billing country.
How are regional minimums determined?
Pricing minimums are mapped by billing country. United States and Canada use $1 / $2 minimums, EU countries use 1 EUR / 2 EUR, and China uses 7 RMB / 15 RMB. The pricing helper is built so additional country or region rules can be added later without rewriting the page.
How is the precise pricing calculated?
Pricing is calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount with a minimum fee based on your tier and billing country. For PREMIUM, the fee is 1% or $1, whichever is greater. For INFINITY, the fee is 2% or $2, whichever is greater.
Is the FREE tier really free?
Yes. The FREE tier includes essential tools, up to 3 accounts, and pay-per-use event registration. A one-time onboarding fee may apply, but the platform tier itself remains free.
Can I switch between tiers?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time based on your changing needs. New transactions will follow the pricing rules for your current tier.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent, onboarding policies are clearly noted by tier, and custom plans or sponsorship agreements are available if you need something tailored.
