How does transaction-based pricing work?
SKYCRU uses a transaction-based pricing model, meaning you only pay when transactions occur through the platform. PREMIUM tier charges 1% of the transaction with a $1 USD minimum, while INFINITY tier charges 2% of the transaction with a $2 USD minimum. In EUR, PREMIUM has a €1 minimum and INFINITY has a €2 minimum. You pay whichever is higher—the percentage or the minimum. There are no monthly subscription fees.
How is the precise pricing calculated?
Pricing is calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount with a minimum fee based on your tier. PREMIUM tier charges 1% of the transaction with a minimum of $1 USD, while INFINITY tier charges 2% of the transaction with a minimum of $2 USD. In EUR, PREMIUM has a €1 minimum and INFINITY has a €2 minimum. For example, a $100 event registration on PREMIUM tier would be $1 (1% = $1, which meets the minimum). A €50 registration on PREMIUM tier would be €1 (the minimum applies since 1% of €50 = €0.50, which is below the €1 minimum).
Is the FREE tier really free?
Yes! The FREE tier is always free to use with essential tools, up to 3 accounts, and pay-per-use event registration. There may be a one-time onboarding fee, but the platform itself remains free.
Can I switch between tiers?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time based on your changing needs. Your pricing will adjust accordingly for new transactions.
What payment methods do you accept?
SKYCRU Payments supports multiple payment methods including PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, ACH, and credit cards. We also offer SKYCRU Payments to help eliminate credit card fees.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Our pricing is completely transparent. PREMIUM tier has waived onboarding fees, and you only pay transaction fees when transactions occur. Custom plans and sponsorship agreements are also available.
Do all tiers include customer support?
Yes, all tiers include access to our 24/7 customer support. PREMIUM and INFINITY tiers also include dedicated onboarding specialists to help with migration and training.
